Processing and Shipment
Processing time is 2-4 business days with the exception on orders placed Fridays after 2 pm or during the weekend or Holidays. All order are mailed with USPS First Class with tracking provided.
Tracking
Tracking information is sent at the moment of purchase. Note that carriers do not update tracking for 24-48 hours after the initial scan of shipment. If you still do not see tracking information after that timeframe, please, contact us at Hey@xmtxcollections.com Once the tracking is available at carrier's system and there are any issues with delivery, please, contact the carrier directly with tracking info. XMTX Collections is not responsible for carrier mishaps, lost or stolen packages.
Do you offer exchanges and returns?
All sales are final. Due to the nature of our product we do not offer refunds or exchanges, except in the case of receipt of damaged products. If an item may be considered defective, please email us at hey@xmtxcollections.com to initiate the process. Defective items need to be addressed within 5 days from the day of shipment receipt. If the product is deemed defective by XMTX Collections, you will be eligible for a refund or replacement of the same item. Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost. Refunds are issued back in the original form of payment.
Cancellation
All orders are final as they are immediately processed in our system. Please ensure your order is correct before finalizing.
Incorrect Shipping information
XMTX Collections is not responsible for wrong information entered on delivery address. Please contact USPS to re-route your package in case of any error on shipping information.
