🕒 Processing & Shipment

  • Orders are processed within 2–4 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

  • Orders placed Fridays after 2 PM, on weekends, or during holidays begin processing the next business day.

  • All orders ship via USPS First Class with tracking.

  • U.S. shipping only – we do not ship internationally at this time.


📦 Tracking Information

  • Tracking is sent immediately after the order is processed by us.

  • USPS may take 24–48 hours to update tracking after the first scan.

  • If tracking does not update after this timeframe, please email us at Hey@xmtxcollections.com.

  • Once tracking is active, please direct any delivery issues to USPS.

  • XMTX Collections is not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages due to carrier issues.


🔁 Returns – 14-Day Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy — you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return if you're not fully satisfied.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unworn, unused, with original tags and packaging.

  • You must provide proof of purchase.

Important:
Email us your return tracking number once shipped. We are not responsible for returns sent without tracking.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons:

  • Earrings

  • Custom orders

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards


♻️ Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
The quickest solution is to return your item (if eligible) and place a new order separately.


💳 Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, you'll be notified of approval.

  • Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.

  • It may take additional time for your bank to complete the refund.

  • If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and no refund is received, email Hey@xmtxcollections.com.


🛠️ Damages, Defects & Incorrect Items

Inspect your order upon receipt.
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact Hey@xmtxcollections.com immediately so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.


🔒 3-Year Non-Tarnish Warranty

All XMTX jewelry is backed by a 3-year non-tarnish warranty from your purchase date.
If your jewelry tarnishes, we’ll replace it with the same or similar item of equal value.


🧾 30-Day Defect Coverage

We cover manufacturer defects (not caused by misuse or wear/tear) for 30 days after purchase.

  • Eligible items may be repaired or replaced.

  • After 60 days, coverage continues only for tarnish-related claims under the 3-year warranty.


Order Cancellations & Shipping Info Errors

  • Orders are final and cannot be canceled once placed — they are processed immediately.

  • XMTX Collections is not responsible for errors in the shipping address. Contact USPS to attempt re-routing if needed.
