Orders are processed within 2–4 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Orders placed Fridays after 2 PM, on weekends, or during holidays begin processing the next business day.

All orders ship via USPS First Class with tracking.

U.S. shipping only – we do not ship internationally at this time.
📦 Tracking Information

Tracking is sent immediately after the order is processed by us.

USPS may take 24–48 hours to update tracking after the first scan.

If tracking does not update after this timeframe, please email us at Hey@xmtxcollections.com.

Once tracking is active, please direct any delivery issues to USPS.

XMTX Collections is not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages due to carrier issues.
🔁 Returns – 14-Day Policy
We offer a 14-day return policy — you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return if you're not fully satisfied.
To be eligible for a return:

Item must be unworn, unused, with original tags and packaging.

You must provide proof of purchase.

Email us your return tracking number once shipped. We are not responsible for returns sent without tracking.
❌ Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons:

♻️ Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
The quickest solution is to return your item (if eligible) and place a new order separately.
💳 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, you'll be notified of approval.

Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.

It may take additional time for your bank to complete the refund.

🛠️ Damages, Defects & Incorrect Items
Inspect your order upon receipt.
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact Hey@xmtxcollections.com immediately so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.
🔒 3-Year Non-Tarnish Warranty
All XMTX jewelry is backed by a 3-year non-tarnish warranty from your purchase date.
If your jewelry tarnishes, we’ll replace it with the same or similar item of equal value.
🧾 30-Day Defect Coverage
We cover manufacturer defects (not caused by misuse or wear/tear) for 30 days after purchase.

Eligible items may be repaired or replaced.

After 60 days, coverage continues only for tarnish-related claims under the 3-year warranty.
❌ Order Cancellations & Shipping Info Errors

Orders are final and cannot be canceled once placed — they are processed immediately.

XMTX Collections is not responsible for errors in the shipping address. Contact USPS to attempt re-routing if needed.
